Since uploading this I've discovered a few things that need fixing. I will replace this one with the updated version later today or tomorrow.

UPDATE: Okay I replaced the embedded version and the link with the final version. I fixed the slightly out of sync audio at the beginning and added some URLs in the video to point you at various references (also below). This one also has subtitles.
